Formerly known as JAUSA Investments, JAAH Investments was created with the goal of investing in ambitious projects that would contribute to the development of the nation from various angles.
One of our first projects was the Water Lily apartments project in 2013. It was the first building with an elevator in Hulhumale’, along with one of the first real estate projects.
One of our most prominent investments is the innovative The Gardens Luxury Homes in Hulhumale’. It is a mega project with 83 luxury units consisting of 27 suites and 54 villas. It also has 2 commercial floors and is facing the Hulhumale’ Central Park.
One of the most noteworthy aspects of this project is the 34 indoor pools present in one location. We are also involved in several ongoing construction projects in Male’ and are always looking for new and exciting projects to invest in.
